Individual Therapy consists of one on one sessions between a client and clinician.  The sessions are typically one hour long and range in approaches pending a client’s specific need.  At times individual therapy may include a family member if the client prefers.  Patriot offers a variety of counseling approaches that include CBT, CPT, ACT, SFBT, DBT, WET, and various others.  We work with a range of diagnosis’ and if we are not skilled in your needs we will connect you with someone that is.

Our trained clinicians create a safe and confidential space for individuals to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. 

Through collaborative conversations, clients gain insights into their unique strengths, coping mechanisms, and areas for growth.
