Jessica received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Jessica has worked in outpatient and community health in the Tulsa area. She has worked with children, families, couples, and individuals struggling with mental health. She has a particular passion to work with the military and first responder community. She has been involved with starting a support group for female veterans, first responders, and their spouses at her local church. Jessica also has experience supporting individuals and families in parenting and has been involved with Crisis Pregnancy Outreach since 2010. Jessica enjoys working with her clients from a strength based perspective and exploring their life story with them to help them meet their personal and professional goals that are important to them

She takes an individualized and whole person approach (mind/body/spirit) in helping clients. She uses a variety of interventions including cognitive behavior therapy and strength based therapy. She also incorporates mindfulness and faith practices into therapy. Jessica is also an approved supervisor for Clinical Social Work in Oklahoma.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, spending time with her friends, and being involved in her church community. She also enjoys reading and spending time outside.
